Andrew Splatt - Lawyer

Andrew Splatt

Growing up in Brisbane, I was aware of people in our local community who were living with less. People who didn’t have the funds to fight for their rights. People who could not afford the professional legal representation needed to access all their entitlements.

Now, as a Superannuation claims lawyer with Aussie Injury Lawyers, I get to help vulnerable people who may be struggling to regain dignity and control of their lives. Assisting them in maintaining the standard of living they had before they became injured or ill and unable to work.

My career in law began as a law clerk whilst studying a Bachelor of Laws. After graduation, I spent some time in South-west Queensland, working as a jackaroo. I was fortunate to gain legal experience as a Judge’s Associate in Rockhampton for a District Court Judge and then as a Judge’s Associate for the President of The Children’s Court of Queensland and District Court Judge in Brisbane. As a Superannuation and Insurance Lawyer specialising in TPD Claims, I have been with Aussie Injury lawyers since it began.

I understand that dealing with lawyers and insurance companies can sometimes feel daunting. I aim to build a strong working relationship with you so you always feel heard and understood. I take the time to listen to your story, appreciate your unique circumstances and find the best legal path to maximise your outcome.

My best days are when I share with my client the impressive payout we have achieved and see what a difference this makes in their lives. It is rewarding to know that I have helped someone get their life back on track so that they can support themselves and their loved ones.

When you work with me, I commit to always being open and transparent with every aspect of your case. I like to ensure you understand the work we are doing without the legal BS, to minimise any stress or concern you may otherwise experience.

You will have access to my mobile number so you can contact me at any time, seven days a week and after hours. I understand you may have questions or concerns at any time, and my goal is to ensure you always feel supported and heard.

Let me know how I can assist you and your loved ones by calling 1300 873 252.
